- Which ModelRiver plan do I need?Compare ModelRiver plans: Free, Pro at $49 and Scale at $299 a month. Every plan has every feature; they differ in requests, limits, log history and seats.
- What counts as a request on my ModelRiver plan?Every production AI call counts as one ModelRiver request, including streaming, cache hits and failed calls. Test mode, the Playground and webhooks don't.
- What happens when I reach my monthly request limit?On the ModelRiver Free plan, requests stop at 25,000 until you upgrade or the month resets. On Pro and Scale they keep working and extra requests are billed.
- Do I pay for AI tokens through ModelRiver?No. With ModelRiver you bring your own OpenAI, Anthropic or other provider keys and pay providers directly for tokens. ModelRiver charges only for the platform.
- How do I upgrade, downgrade or cancel my ModelRiver plan?Change or cancel your ModelRiver plan anytime from Manage subscription. Upgrades are immediate and prorated; downgrades and cancellations apply at period end.
- Can I get a refund on my ModelRiver subscription?ModelRiver subscriptions are generally non-refundable, except billing errors, duplicate charges and extended outages. Learn what qualifies and how to ask.
