How do I delete my data or my ModelRiver account?

Email team@modelriver.com. Request logs are deleted within 7 business days, and when you close your account your personal data is removed within 30 days. You can also delete some things yourself in the console.
What can I delete myself?#
- Conversations: delete sessions in the console (Logs → Sessions) or with the Sessions API.
- Cached responses: clear them from the workflow's caching settings.
- Workflows, API keys, provider keys and webhooks: from their pages in the console.

How do I delete request logs early?#
Request logs are deleted automatically after your plan's retention period. To delete them sooner, email us with the project and what to delete, for example a date range. It's done within 7 business days.
How do I close my account?#
- Cancel any paid subscription from Manage subscription.
- Email team@modelriver.com from the address on the account, asking us to close it.
Your personal data is removed within 30 days. Billing records are kept for 7 years because the law requires it, and copies in backups are removed when those backups expire.
Can I take my work with me first?#
Yes. Export your workflows as JSON from the console before closing the account. Request logs can't be exported.
