Who on my team can change what in ModelRiver?

Updated

It depends on their role. ModelRiver has four: Owner, Admin, Editor and Viewer. On top of that, project protection can stop Editors from changing a production project.

What can each role do?#

Role Can do
Owner Everything, plus members, organization settings and billing
Admin Manage projects, settings and protection, and every resource
Editor Change workflows, keys and other resources in unprotected projects; use the Playground everywhere
Viewer Read-only; no Playground

New invites are Editors by default. Only the Owner can invite or remove members and manage billing.

What is project protection?#

An Owner or Admin can protect a project. Editors then can't change its API keys, provider keys, workflows, structured outputs, webhooks or sessions. Protection doesn't affect live traffic; your app keeps working as normal.

Protect production projects and leave staging open, so Editors can build freely and Admins decide what reaches production.

Who can publish a workflow?#

Owners and Admins publish and roll back. Editors can save and restore Drafts. See Does saving a workflow change production?

Which plans include teams?#

Team members need a paid plan. Pro includes 10 seats and Scale unlimited seats; Free organizations have one member.

Can I use single sign-on (SSO)?#
